I am working as a Product Support Specialist for RealPage product Onesite specialized for online and scanned payments made via the system. I have been receiving recognition such as TOP PERFORMER for Q4 SY2017 and Q3 SY2018. In addition, recognized as TOP ACE Q3 SY2018. I previously worked in a BPO company. I was pulled out by the management and was designated as SME (Subject Matter Expert) when it comes to call handling. I do my best to catch all the necessary details for the job, even small details. I don't stop asking questions if there's a need to be in order for me to understand and to gain the point of view as to why this and that needed to happen. Willing to learn and always humble.
