Hello! My name is Sheila. I am a travel, fashion, food, and lifestyle blogger and a lifelong enthusiast of fitness, including yoga, gym, and jogging.

I ran my own fashion importing and wholesaling business in Australia for 30 years, giving me extensive experience in every aspect of business. I also spent over 30 years as a catwalk and photographic model and was the winner of the Australian cooking TV show, "Come Dine With Me."

I fully understand the difficulties of learning a new language because of my frequent travels. For many years, my family and I hosted hundreds of students through the English Embassy school, helping them gain the confidence to hold a conversation. I look forward to bringing my diverse real-world experience to our sessions!
